Workplace accidents, illnesses, and injuries

Call 911 immediately if you need urgent medical care. If possible, call the Operations Center after you call 911.

Reporting workplace incidents

Harvard staff must immediately report all workplace incidents to their supervisor or manager. This includes accidents and near misses, illnesses, and injuries.

Supervisors and managers must submit a claim report within twenty-four hours of the incident.
