How to manage hazardous building materials, including asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), and PCBs.

Asbestos operations and maintenance (OM) plans establish training, safe work practices, and surveillance to safely maintain asbestos-containing materials.
These plans protect Harvard staff who may come into contact with or manage asbestos in Harvard buildings.
Asbestos OM plans do not apply to construction projects.
Building and operations management, including leasing offices, must:
